Our restaurant and terrace, Le Rang 9, has a festive cuisine where you can find new-style fried chicken and fillet steak as well as tofu or local walleye fillet. It’s impossible to give a detailed menu because it evolves with the seasons, trends and the chef’s feeling!
Our chef travels the world in search of inspiration but loves to use local products from Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean: fine cheeses, beers from the local microbrewery, seasonal vegetables and boreal spices. He really insists on promoting regional products.
As well as offering one of the best cuisines in Saint-Gedeon, our restaurant has a great view of Lac Saint-Jean, in summer or winter.
